Almost 20% of the U.S. population is Latinx. So, how do we provide opportunities for diversity in the programming world, particularly for the Latinx community? David Silva, Co-Founder of the nonprofit Techqueria, has worked tirelessly to help members of the Latinx community uncover their potential in the programming world.
