#1: Tim and Kyle “Give Me Two Weeks”

In this introductory episode of Dive Bar DevOps, partners at Arctiq, Tim Fairweather and Kyle Bassett talk with Dave Ambrad about working on the bleeding edge of technology. Discussing the beginning of the company from a startup of 5 team members, to the current size of 25, Kyle and Tim talk about their lessons on giving a shit, the “give me two weeks” approach to learning new tech, and the balancing act of pushing oneself and figuring out how to prioritize.
