Design Mentorship with Rania Svoronou

Our guest for today's episode is Rania Svoronou - Design Director at IBM NYC. Rania is a keynote speaker, an industry mentor, and has been a guest lecturer at Royal College of Art (London). She gets invited as a Mentor & Judge on multiple Design Events & Hackathons across the world. 

In this episode, we discussed the importance of mentorship in a design team, possible outcomes for designers, maintenance of relationship between mentors and mentees, and how diversity and inclusion brings new opportunities for design mentorship. Raina has kindly shared her own experience in leading and mentoring designers with different backgrounds.
